Find Confidence Using Affirmations

Writer: Kamesha TarellKamesha Tarell

Happy Hump Day!

Today’s blog is all about affirmations.

Affirmations are phrases you can repeat to yourself or out loud. The benefit of affirmations is they have been proven to change subconscious thoughts through a process known as neuroplasticity. Over time, affirmations replace negative beliefs or thoughts with positive thoughts.

Positive thoughts have been associated with increased life span, lower rates of depression, lower levels of distress and pain, improved immunity, better mental and physical well-being, increased ability to cope during times of stress and hardship, confidence, and ambition.

Below is a list of affirmations for you to try out. Look through the list and pick a few that feel good when reading and/or saying them and reap the benefits of rewiring your subconscious mind.

  • I am worthy of loving and being loved

  • I trust myself

  • I am doing my best. It is enough

  • I attract love into my life

  • I love myself

  • I accept myself

  • I am worthy of having more wealth

  • My income is constantly increasing

  • Money comes to me easily and harmoniously

  • I am safe & protected

  • I choose to let go of the past

  • I accept myself totally and completely

  • I do not have to figure out the path, the messages will lead me

  • I am willing to forgive

  • I allow the energy of love to come in and move freely through me

  • Everything is working for my good
