My Inspiration

My Mother transitioned in October 2017 after a long battle with stage 4 cancer (multiple myeloma), over 30 years of addiction to crack cocaine, stage 4 kidney failure, and three mental health diagnoses (PTSD, bipolar disorder, and depression). Despite all the hardships she faced, what everyone remembers most about her is her smile, and love. At her celebration of life, everyone who shared a story about her talked about how she always smiled, no matter the challenges she endured. My mother was the epitome of happiness in spite of….

My Education

My gift of supporting , and guiding people began being cultivated in 8th grade.  I was selected by my Principle, and Guidance Counselor to be trained as a Peer Counselor.  I was given the pleasure of attending a week long training which taught me how to support my peers, and at the age of 14 my love for coaching was born.

In 2014 after much prompting from those closest to me I received additional education from World Coach Institute where I became an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Certified Professional Life Coach.

My Beliefs

I am not your average coach. I believe all the answers to everything you seek are inside you. I don’t know what’s best for you—you do, even if you haven’t discovered it yet. As your coach, my role is to help you uncover your power, strength and the wisdom of your inner guidance - the roadmap to your happiest, most fulfilled life.

My Values

I deeply value family, community, transparency, authenticity, respect, honesty, growth, integrity, and perseverance. These are the principles that guide me in both my personal life and professional work.

My Mission:

My mission is to provide a safe space for authenticity, growth, healing, and self-discovery, ensuring that each person I cross paths with with feels loved, seen, and supported on their journey.

My Vision:
I envision a world where people can live freely, unapologetically, and authentically. A world where we embrace our differences and support each other’s success, creating a space where everyone can be happy and thrive.

My Life’s Work:
My purpose is to create nurturing environments where individuals feel safe, and empowered to be themselves.  Resulting in them breaking free from limiting beliefs, past wounds, and fear so they can create a life of success, peace, and fulfillment. Through mindset coaching, breathwork, sound healing, and spiritual guidance, I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, shift their habits and self-belief, and cultivate lasting transformation.

My Sons:
My sons are the most incredible young men—wise, handsome, smart, fun, witty, and full of life. I have three sons, each with a different biological mother. The details of their origins don’t matter because what truly counts is the love we share.

My Parents:
Though both of my parents struggled with addiction, and mental health challenges for much of my life, they provided me with love, a home, and valuable life lessons. Despite their challenges, they instilled in me strong morals and values.

My Friends:
I’m blessed to have the best friends anyone could ask for. They are my village, and their continual support, love, and honesty has helped shape me into the woman I am today. I’m incredibly grateful for them.  I could not be the woman I am without them.

My Family:
I have a very special relationship with my family. My sisters are more than sisters, they are my friends, and their children and grandchildren feel more like my children, than nieces, and nephew.   Mental illness runs through my family, affecting many members.  It’s important to remember that mental illness doesn’t have a specific "look"—it’s a part of my family’s story, and I’m committed to breaking the stigma surrounding it.

My Commitment:
I am fully dedicated to your growth, happiness, and fulfillment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with my services, I offer a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase because your well-being is my top priority.

My Life

Life has been full of ups and downs, twists and turns. Through it all, I continue to persevere—for myself, for my family, and for you. I strive to be an example that happiness is possible, in spite of…
