Cancellation Policy

Tis the Season to Transform is an 8-week coaching and accountability program (Nov 8, 2025 – Jan 3, 2026) designed to help participants thrive during the holidays with emotional wellness, confidence, and mindset support. Program Includes: 1 personalized coaching assessment and 8-week plan 8 weekly 60-minute group sessions Access to a virtual accountability space for daily wins, feedback, and support Eligibility: Participants must be 18+ and agree to these terms. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding and consent to the conditions outlined below. Payments & Fees Program investment: $499 Pay in Full: $499 Weekly Plan: $65 per week for 8 weeks The first payment is due at registration. Weekly payments must remain current to keep program access. All payments are made via approved digital methods. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied within 7 days of the start date, you may request a full refund by emailing [insert your business email] before Nov 15, 2025. You must have attended at least one session or completed your assessment. After this period, all payments are final. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Attendance & Engagement Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Active participation and community engagement enhance results. Confidentiality & Conduct All personal information shared during coaching or in group spaces is confidential. Respect for others’ privacy is required. Inappropriate, disrespectful, or promotional behavior may result in removal without refund. Disclaimer Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
