Cancellation Policy
Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due at the time of service. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Deposits will be transferred to the new appointment date if rescheduled within this time frame. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be treated as a cancellation (deposit is forfeited). Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable.
